PDG Edward Kakembo Nsubuga’s theme of the year was the Boy Child Uplifting Program (BCUP) and RC Mukono saw it fitting to set up the Zero Grazing program to uplift the Boychild of Buikwe, Ngogwe to empower them economically. This was after a thorough needs assessment where we realized the problems the boy children are facing in that area, namely, drug abuse, unemployment, school dropouts, and effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are all a result of lack of economic empowerment.
On 23rd July, the program was handed over to its beneficiaries and the function was presided over by PDG Edward Kakembo Nsubuga.
